Actress Aubrey Plaza’s husband commits suicide

Hollywood filmmaker Jeff Baena, who was married to Aubrey Plaza, has sadly died at the age of 47.

According to TMZ, Baena was discovered deceased by an assistant at his residence in the Los Angeles area on Friday morning.

Law enforcement officials indicated that police and fire services arrived at the location around 10:30 AM to conduct a death investigation, and Baena was subsequently declared dead. The cause of death has been determined to be suicide.

Baena was recognized for directing films such as 'Life After Beth' (2014) and 'The Little Hours' (2017). He married Plaza, who rose to prominence through 'Parks and Recreation', in 2021 after a decade-long relationship.

Plaza has since appeared in projects including 'Emily the Criminal' and 'The White Lotus'. Baena's passing has left many in the entertainment industry in mourning.
